Best Ten Steps to prevent contamination that’s being followed in our Factory:-

  • Heap of seed cotton is made on RCC plant from under shed.
  • Engage extra labors to remove contaminants from seed cotton.
  • Provide all workers to wear cotton clothing & cap to cover head to reduces hairiness problem.
  • Handle all material such as seed cotton, seed, and lint with care to avoided mixing of foreign matter.
  • Maintain proper setting of machine to avoid seed cut, fiber breakage.
  • The bolts, metal wires & other metal are removed by Metal detector.
  • Use of PET plastic straps for fastening cotton bales to prevent from metal rusting
  • Cotton cloths of BIS standard are use to covered fully pressed cotton bales to prevent against contamination.
  • Best Quality Adhesive labels are used for labeling.
  • To store cotton bales in covered godown to avoid their exposures to wind rain dust etc.Extra Care taken in our Factory.
  • Provide rubbish bin & spittoons in factory premises
  • Quality awareness board displays at various places in compound and ginning house
  • Disposal of Trash & Contamination regularly
  • Awareness of quality culture among workers through training
